Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective Items If you receive a book with a manufacturing defect (such as printing errors or structural damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Shipping Costs In the event of a return for a defective item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
